Privacy

Privacy by design.

This page describes the current privacy approach for ANYTHING ONE GROUP LIMITED and the Anything alpha. It will be expanded before public release as product features and service providers are finalised.

Information the Anything alpha may use

Anything may use a request you enter, your answers, an approximate or manually chosen location, product links, model details, and a product photo you intentionally select. This information is used to prepare questions, conduct product research and return recommendations.

Location

Anything uses location to compare local and online options, estimate delivery and assess warranty or return practicality. The native alpha requests foreground location only. You can use a manual city or region instead. It does not require your street address.

Photos and camera

Camera and photo-library access is requested only when you choose an exact-product photo flow. Selected images are used to identify or compare the product in that request.

Storage and service providers

The alpha may retain limited preferences and recent sessions on your device. Product requests may be processed by secure hosting, research and AI service providers acting for the product. API credentials and proprietary decision logic remain server-side and are not stored in the app bundle.

What Anything is not designed to do

The current product is not designed to sell personal data, run advertising profiles, collect precise background location, or access photos you did not select.

Changes

This notice will be updated before wider testing or release if account features, cloud history, analytics, payments or additional providers are introduced.
