Anything is currently in alpha. If something is not working, a result looks wrong, or you have a privacy question, contact ANYTHING ONE GROUP LIMITED.

Please include the device type, what you were trying to do, and the wording of any error. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, private keys, recovery codes, or other secrets.
Before contacting support
Check that your device has an internet connection, reopen the app, and retry the request. If location or camera access was declined, you can use manual location or enter an exact model or public product link instead.
Privacy requests
Use the support email for privacy questions or requests. The current alpha stores limited preferences and recent sessions on the device; see the privacy notice for the current data-use summary.
Product status
Anything is an alpha product. Research, prices, availability, delivery, warranties and seller terms can change and should be confirmed before purchase.
